Below are several questions you might have already. If you have any questions that remain unanswered, please follow and message us on Twitter and/or Facebook.

We are aiming to release the iCoach app in time for the new grassroots football season.

We are contactable on Facebook and Twitter for any assistance with your account or general support you may require. Sometimes, user issues can go unresolved for longer due to the delay in receiving emails which is why we much prefer to chat live with users. We also have a closed Facebook group to discuss all things iCoach!

You are required to sign up for an account by using your email address and password so that your teams / players can be saved to iCoach servers. Why? Some coaches may have multiple devices they want to login from or they may purchase a new device. If users weren’t to sign up with specific login credentials, their team and player details would remain on one handset only.
