iCoach is a pocket reference and assessment tool that can be utilised by any members of the public worldwide. iCoach’s assessment is based on the Football Association’s Four Corner Model. However, the mobile application and concept are in no way endorsed by the Football Association. The application provides a platform for football (soccer) coaches to assess their players, view coaching-related videos and download reference documents and guides.


The assessment and design of the mobile application are the owned by iCoach and is not to be replicated without the prior permission of the app owner.

The content of iCoach is provided for general information. The owner and developers do not accept any responsibility or liability for its use. By downloading and using iCoach you agree to these terms and conditions.

(1) Introduction

By using the iCoach application you agree to the below terms and you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms you should not use the application. The licensee of this application reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

(2) Disclaimer

iCoach is intended to be used as a reference tool and guide only guide only. A vast amount of research and care has been carried out in sourcing accurate content which has enabled the application to developed. Unfortunately, it is not guaranteed that all information will be as accurate as maybe some users would like. The information provided within iCoach is provided “as is” and on the basis that the developers or owner make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to iCoach or the content within the application. In addition, there will be no representation and no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published within iCoach; or that iCoach will be available without interruption or that it is error or bug free.

(3) Limitation of Liability

The owner of iCoach, agents or other representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of iCoach except as expressly otherwise agreed with them in writing. You understand and agree that you use the information contained within iCoach is used at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use. This limitation of liability applies to all claims and damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, irrespective of whether such claims and damages arise in tort, contract or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms is intended to limit your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom or to exclude or limit any liability of the owner or developers of iCoach to you for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of iCoach.

(4) Intellectual Property

iCoach, the iCoach logo and the app design may not be used without express written permission from the owner of iCoach. All other trademarks not owned by the owners of iCoach that appear within the application are the property of their respective owners.

(5) Third Parties

iCoach may contain links to other websites or applications (each, a “Third Party Site”). We do not control or endorse any Third Party Site. You agree that we are not responsible for the availability or contents of such Third Party Sites. Your use of Third Party Sites is at your own risk.

(6) Law

Your use of iCoach and the operation of this application and these terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in connection with any dispute with you and the owner or developers.

(7) Commercial Use

Commercial use of the iCoach app is strictly forbidden unless a commercial licence is granted by the iCoach owner. Any organisation using iCoach on their handsets without a commercial licence will be a breach of these terms and conditions.
